Yes. Being a mobile DJ children’s entertainer we come to you. Sorry, we do not have our own party venue. Ideal party venues include: • Pub/Restaurant//Hotel Function Room • Village Hall • Community Centre • Church Hall • Sports Club • Leisure Centre • Conservative/ Labour Club • School

We suggest 2 hours for children’s parties (ages 3–11), and 2–3 hours for teenage parties (ages 12–14), as this provides the ideal balance of energy, enjoyment, and smooth pacing.  We also offer 1.5-hour and 1-hour party options for those who prefer a shorter celebration. Extra time can be added to any party for an additional fee.

Yes. For children’s parties, we usually pause for a food break halfway through (typically after the first hour). Your food break can be as short or as long as you like, though most last around 20–30 minutes. During this time, your entertainer will keep things going with background music. After the break, DJ Dan will gather everyone to sing a big “Happy Birthday” to the birthday child while you bring out the cake (where applicable). • Excludes 1-hour parties, teenage parties, and school discos.

As a DJ/children’s entertainer,we provide the entertainment only. This means you will need to arrange the party venue (with access to two 13-amp plug sockets) and supply any party essentials you would like, such as:* • Party food • Birthday cake • Tableware (plates, cups, etc.) • Decorations • Party bags • Any other party items *Optional items depend on your preferences.

Yes - we love playing the birthday child’s favourite songs! You can include these at the time of booking, or add a music list and send it to DJ Dan by either.  Email - djdansdisco2019@gmail(mailto:djdansdisco2019@gmail.com) Or Sending a Spotify link to access the list. Please note all music must be CLEAN we do not play any explicit songs!

DJ Dan is there to lead the fun and professionally manage the party, helping to keep the party organised, calm, and enjoyable for everyone. However, they are not responsible for supervision or parental care. A responsible adult must remain present at all times and is fully responsible for the children’s safety, behaviour, and wellbeing. If DJ Dan notices any unsafe behaviour, injuries, or concerns, they will inform a parent or guardian immediately.

No. As long as DJ Dan can access the area they need to set up within your venue, you do not need to be present when they arrive. If you would like DJ Dan to set up their disco equipment in a specific location, please let us know in advance of their arrival.
